做这道菜只因为小家伙在大洋彼岸的老师,America mom的对中华牛肉面的喜爱。有次聊天,老师说他们的town中只有一家中国餐馆,一碗要25美金,他们家都很喜欢,但是太奢侈了,一家人去吃要100多美金,太昂贵了,所以不可以经常吃。我突然想起在温村的时候自己宁愿饿死也不愿意咽下哪些野蛮人的食物的经历。于是翻了很多菜谱,硬着头皮收拾这些血淋淋的肉,结果出乎意料,卖相很好,当然,味道也不错。

    牛腩肉、牛筋、生抽、老抽、香叶、桂皮、啤酒、白酒等

  2. 切小块之后再冷水中浸泡半个小时以上,将血水泡出
