Pizza Dough with Polish的做法  

1. 24hr before prepare the polish.  100g water, 100g flour, 2g dry yeast, 2ghoney,  1 hr room temporaries, 24 hr in fridge.

2. 230g water, 13g salt, 420g flour.  Mix the polish with the water for 1-2 min.  Add flour.  

3. Cover it and rest it for 15 min.  Put some oil on hand, and work it into a ball.  Then, put some oil in the ball.  Put the doll in there, and rest for 45 min.  

4. Preheat the pizza stone for 1 hr.
