法式吐司芝士堡CHEESEBURGER FRENCH TOAST的做法
制作汉堡酱,放在一边备用。
Make the burger sauce and set aside.用微波炉加热香肠,然后把香肠放在碗里弄碎。加入蒜粉、盐和胡椒粉混合在一起。
Microwave the sausages then break up in a bowl. Add the garlic powder, salt and pepper then mash together.取出碗里的混合物,放在砧板上。把香肠整理成长方形(这样可以夹在面包里)。
Take the mix out the bowl and put it on a chopping board. Mould the sausage mix into a rectangle (so that will fit within the crusts of bread).把油和香肠汉堡放入中等大小的煎锅中,两面各用中火煎几分钟。放在一边备用。
Add the oil and the sausage burger to a medium frying pan and fry on each side for a couple of minutes on a medium heat. Set aside.把法式吐司面糊在一个大碗中混合。
Mix the French toast batter together in a wide based bowl.按下列顺序叠放:1片面包、2片奶酪、纯素汉堡、汉堡酱、小黄瓜和洋葱,顶上再放2片奶酪和另一片面包。
Layer the following; 1 slice bread, 2 slices of cheese, vegan burger, burger sauce, gherkins and onion, top with two more slices of cheese and another slice of bread.在一面沾上面糊,然后翻过来。
Dip into the batter on one side then flip over.将油倒入煎锅加热。
Add the oil to a frying pan and let it heat.把法式吐司放入煎锅,用小火煎2-3分钟。小心别烫到。换另一面再煎2-3分钟,直到两面变成金黄色,且奶酪也融化了。
Add the French toast and fry for 2-3 minutes on a low heat. Be careful not to burn. Flip and fry for a further 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cheese has melted.
