扁豆排骨的做法
Wash off the blood from small bone ribs.
Boil the bone ribs to clean out remaining blood.
Then cut into pieces.Prep stage
1 tablespoons rock sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
0.75 tablespoons of salt
2 tablespoons of soy sauces
Ginger
Green onion
Garlic
Bone ribs
Green string beansBrown the ribs
Add oil to wok
Before oil boils add onion, ginger, rock sugar then add bone ribs. The rock sugar will help darken the ribs.
Cook for 2 mins or so until all ribs are browned. Then add a tablespoon of dark soy sauce and 1 spoons of brown sugarThen add green beans. Fry for 5 mins. Add garlic
After fried the string bean
Transfer all items from wok to clay pot.
Add 1 more soon of brown sugar.
0.5 spoons of salt
1 spoons of soy sauce
Any left over garlic. Onion and ginger.
Let everything simmer for about 20mins or until the sauce drys. Then it's ready to serve. Enjoy.
