先声明一下哈,这个方子是我在家做着玩儿的,不是正宗kebab。
用料

lettuce | 2 piece |
cucumber | |
carrot | |
cheese | |
Salt | sprinkle |
Black pepper | sprinkle |
Jalapeño | Compulsory!!!! |

Tomato sauce | |
Aioli | |
Roasted chicken juice | |
⭐️Chicken⭐️ | |
Chicken breast | |
Salt | Tiny bit |
Black pepper | |
Soy sauce | Two tea spoon |
Oyster sauce | One tea spoon |
Smoked paprika | |
Cayenne pepper | Tiny bit |
Oil | One table spoon |
吃到最后用手抓的Kebab卷的做法
Marinate the chicken one day ahead, put ingredients in a storage bag.
Roast chicken, Oven 200 C, about 15mins
Prepare the warp, put veges first, sprinkle salt(tiny bit) and black pepper, put cheese on top.
Add sauce and jalapeño
Slice the chicken then pour its juice on the veges, put chicken aside the veges.
Fold the wrap, use toaster to heat it up.( be careful, don’t drop any thing out)
