Mashed Potatoes

用料  

Mashed Potatoes的做法  

1. Boil water

2. Peal a few medium sized potatoes

3. Cut in quarters

4. Put in boiling water for 20 min
   

5. Drain water, put potatoes in large bowl

6. Add one stick butter

7. Add one cup milk

8. Add one heaping tablespoon salt

9. Add one teaspoon pepper

10. Cut with two knives

11. Blend with electric blender
