Food list:

simple stir-fried shreded cucumber, asparagus lettuce, and chayote; seasoning: vegetable oil, sesame oil, & a pinch of salt; topping: white sesame, & raw almond slices

porridge of rice, glutinous rice, dried red dates, and longans

steamed sweet potato root and taro

steamed squash, with dried red dates and goji berry
