| large avocado | 1 |
| mashed banana | 1/2 Cup |
| Maple syrup | 1/2 Cup |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Tsp |
| Large eggs | 3 |
| Coconut flour | 1/2 Cup |
| Unsweetened cacao powder | 1/2 Cup |
| Sea salt | 1/4 Tsp |
| Baking soda | 1 Tsp |
| chocolate chips | 1/3 Cup |
chocolate avocado brownies的做法
1. Preheat the oven to 180C
2. Blend avocado,mashed banana, maple syrup and vanilla extract
3. Transfer these into a large bowl then add in eggs, coconut flour, cacao powder, sea salt and baking soda until combined.
4. Pour mixture into the baking sheet and sprinkle with chocolate ships.
5. Bake for 25 mins

Gluten-free brownies
Preheat 325C and then bake 25 - 40 mins
Honey can add 1 Cup or 1/4 Cup or less like 2 table spoons then add 1/4 Cup apple sauce
