用料  

Thin sliced pork Bunch
Ginger 1 inch
Garic 2 cloves
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Mirin 2 tbsp
Sake 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Onion 1/4
Salt Pinch
Black pepper Pinch

Shogayaki 生姜烧肉的做法  

  1. Marinate pork slices with salt, pepper, egg white, some mirin and starch.

  2. Mix all ingredients, grind ginger and garlic, add remaining ingredients.

  3. Brown pork with mid-high heat

  4. Add marinade into the pan.

  5. Done
