| Thin sliced pork | Bunch |
| Ginger | 1 inch |
| Garic | 2 cloves |
| Soy sauce | 2 tbsp |
| Mirin | 2 tbsp |
| Sake | 2 tbsp |
| Sugar | 1 tsp |
| Onion | 1/4 |
| Salt | Pinch |
| Black pepper | Pinch |
Shogayaki 生姜烧肉的做法
Marinate pork slices with salt, pepper, egg white, some mirin and starch.
Mix all ingredients, grind ginger and garlic, add remaining ingredients.
Brown pork with mid-high heat
Add marinade into the pan.
Done
