用料  

coconut oil椰油 1 tablespoon 汤匙
Alaskan cod fillets阿拉斯加鳕鱼 4 片
Salt 盐 to taste 适量
freshly ground black pepper 黑胡椒 to taste 适量
basil 罗勒 6 leaves chiffonade 6片切碎
Mustard Cream Sauce
yellow mustard 黄芥末 1 teaspoon 茶匙
paprika 红辣椒粉 1 teaspoon 茶匙
ground bay leaf 月桂 1/4 teaspoon 茶匙
cream cheese 奶油奶酪 3 tablespoons 汤匙
Greek-style yogurt 希腊酸奶 1/2 cup 杯
garlic clove 大蒜瓣 1 片
fresh parsley 新鲜欧芹 1 tablespoon 汤匙
lemon zest 柠檬皮屑 1 teaspoon 茶匙
ground black pepper 黑胡椒 适量

Alaskan Cod with Mustard Cream Sauce的做法  

  1. Make sure to pat your fish dry with paper towels before covering it with the mustard sauce. It will still release quite a bit of liquid as it bakes but this way you will reduce the amount of it.

    Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear the fish for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
