#理工女爱厨房#来自我的笔友Lynn的方子,英国传统甜食,lemon posset,只需三种食材,简单又美味~貌似是源自英国中世纪的一种乳~嗯~如果叫它奶油布丁会不会比较熟悉?:)#懒人料理#

用料  

浓奶油 300ml
砂糖 70
柠檬 一个

Lemon Posset的做法  

  1. 先复制粘贴一下,For 3-4 people, you need 300ml double cream, 75g caster sugar, and one lemon.   Put the cream into a saucepan with the sugar, and bring it to the boil over a medium heat, stirring so that the sugar dissolves.   When it starts boiling, reduce the heat and simmer gently for 3 minutes.   Remove from the heat.   Squeeze the juice from the lemon, and stir the juice into the cream and sugar mixture.   Pour into 3 or 4 small bowls or glasses, and when cool, put into the fridge for at least 3 ho

  2. 这是三到四人份,把奶油和糖倒入炖锅(建议用奶锅),中火煮沸之后转小火三分钟,关火,挤入柠檬汁,搅拌。倒入容器中,放入冰箱冷藏至少三小时就完成啦~也可以加各种水果上去啦~各种美味,不过个人觉得热量不小哦~

小贴士

cream的浓度排序:single cream<whipping cream<double cream,想要奶香浓郁就用double cream吧,找不到浓奶油的话,淡奶油应该也可以啦~
