松软的蛋糕里有着浓郁的奶香
脆脆的外皮让人欲罢不能
用料
淡黄油 Unsalted Butter | 50g |
白糖 Granulated Sugar | 50g |
全蛋 Whole Egg | 50g |
普通面粉 Plain Flour | 110g |
泡打粉 Baking Powder | 3g |
原味酸奶 Plain Yoghurt | 25g |
淡奶油 Heavy Cream | 25g |
新鲜蓝莓 Fresh Blueberries | 25g |
奶油芝士 Cream Cheese | 50g |
爆浆蓝莓芝士玛芬蛋糕的做法
将黄油在室温软化,把酸奶和奶油混合均匀
Soften butter until room temperature, mix yoghurt with cream用刮刀软化黄油,加入糖后搅拌均匀,用打蛋器微微打发至发白
Soften butter with spatula, add the sugar, whip up until whitened将蛋打散,分3次加入黄油,每次搅拌均匀
Beat the egg and add into the mixture in 3 separate times, mix well each time分两次加入过筛的面粉,每次翻拌均匀,第二次时一并加入泡打粉
Add in sifted flour in 2 separate times, mix well each time, add in baking powder in the second time分两次加入混合好的酸奶和淡奶油,每次翻拌均匀
Add in the yoghurt mixture in 2 separate times, mix well each time将面糊倒入铺了油纸模具的一半,放上几颗蓝莓和小块的芝士(1cm x 1cm)
Add the batter in moulds until half full, place a few blueberries and small pieces of cream cheese (1cm x 1cm) on top用面糊填满剩余的磨具,放上几颗蓝莓和小块芝士(轻轻按下)
Fill the mould and place a few more blueberries and pieces of cream cheese on top (press slightly)放入预热180℃的烤箱,烤30分钟
Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 30min出炉后,热腾腾的就可以享用啊(小心爆浆哦)
