盐 | 7克 |
生粉 | 20克 |
香菜 | 1棵 |
那小子金针菇豆腐茄汁浓汤的做法
1、筒子骨放入冷水,大火烧开焯水,捞出洗净。加生姜,京葱段,750毫升水,大火烧开放入炆火煲焖1个小时以上。
2、准备好食材。
3、西红柿去皮切成小块,再切些葱花。
4、金针菇剪去根后再剪成四段,洗净放入滚水中焯水1分钟捞出备用。
5、取半块,随意切块,放入滚水中焯水3分钟,捞出备用。
6、热油将葱花爆香。
7、加入西红柿翻炒4分钟,待炒出汁。
8、加入炖好的筒子骨汤,大火烧开转中火10分钟。
9、加蕃茄酱和盐煮5分钟。再加入豆腐,金针菇。
10、用40毫升水将淀粉化开,倒入锅中给汤勾个芡。
11、将汤盛入碗中,撒上香菜花。这款散发着浓浓的母爱的汤完成了。
