黄油/Butter 30g
红糖/Brown sugar 30g
砂糖/Granulated sugar 30g
橙皮/Orange zest 5g
肉桂粉/Cinnamon,ground 2g
玉米淀粉/Cornstarch 15g
手抓饼皮/Hand grasping cake skin 2张
蛋液/Egg liquid 20g
水/Water 3g
盐/Salt 1g

  2. Combine the brown sugar,granulated sugar,orange zest,cinnamon and salt in a small,nonreactive saucepan.把红糖,砂糖,橙皮,肉桂粉和盐混合在一个小的,无反应的锅内。

  3. Mix the above materials and apple. Then put the butter into the saucepan.将步骤2的材料与苹果混合,搅拌均匀后,把黄油放进小锅内。

  4. Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and add it to the apples. Then cover and simmer until the apples begin to soften,stirring occasionally.把玉米淀粉溶解在水里,加入苹果中。盖上锅盖,文火煮至苹果开始变软,偶尔搅拌。

小贴士

If you don’t like butter very much, the amount of butter can be reduced so that it won’t be too greasy!
如果你没有非常喜欢黄油的话,黄油的量可以适当少一些噢!这样不会太容易腻!
