| eggs | 4 |
| mayonnaise | 1/4 cup |
| Dijon mustard | 1/2 teaspoon |
| green onion | 2 tablespoons of chopped green onion |
| salt and pepper to taste | |
| paprika | 1/8 teaspoon |
Avocado mayoegg sandwich 的做法
Place egg in a saucepan cover with cold water. Wait till it boils, immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10-12 mins . Remove for hot water, cool, peel and chop.
Place the chopped eggs in a bowl , and stir in mayonnaise, mustard and green onion . Season with salt , pepper and paprika.
Stir and serve on your fav bread or cracker! All done
